For every service mentioned above it is necessary to send a ticket and both sides must agree to the accomplishment of all tasks.
* Also applies to IPv4 changement There is also available a quantity discount: 25 - 50 IP addresses => 10 % discount, 50 - 100 IP addresses => 20 % discount, 100 and more IP addresses => 35 % discount
** Backups are available to you for 15 days (only valid for virtual servers) or for 7 days (only valid for game servers).
*** Minimal amount of transferred credits is 50 credits, you also need to submit a proof of account ownership which consists of ID card or other proof confirming validity of your credentials in your accounts settings. You also need to provide us with a proof of payment which is at least for half of transferred credits.
